Valley — not for a real estate team in Hyderabad managing 200
WhatsApp enquiries a day.

Why we built this

Every Indian SMB we spoke to had the same problem. Their leads were coming in on WhatsApp
— the channel their customers trusted. But their tools were built for email, for ticketing systems,
for Western support workflows that assumed you were using Outlook, not a shared phone in a
sales office.
The result was predictable: missed messages, slow replies, no follow-up system, and agents
typing the same answers from scratch a hundred times a day.
